When I pick up, I noticed that my head phones were missing for my t.v.s Gary assured me they would get to the bottom of things. Unfortunately they couldn't find who had taken them. Gary stepped in and did the right thing, and replaced them. Sometimes it's not about money, it's about doing the right thing for your customers. I'm not saying the are given thing out for free, but the resolved the problem. I give them a thumbs up, not to many dealers go out of their way to please their customers like they did, Thank you Gary for making things right. I would defiantly put my trust in this dealer ship, they don't play games! Will keep comi g back! More

I came in for an oil change and we agreed that you will fix the front axle seals and a full day was scheduled. 3. I came in on the scheduled day for you to fix the front axle seals– you told me the leak was an oil plug (the one you worked on) 4. Then you sold me the idea that I needed front struts. (I do not believe you after you avoided the front axle seals) 5. I was charged for a new oil plug and a wheel alignment. 6. The steering wheel was off-alignment 7. I brought the car back – you allegedly fixed the issue. 8. NOW the steering wheel is still off-alignment – and - 9. The new seals you installed are still leaking. 10. The vehicle never stopped leaking fluids! 11. This all happened in the past 3 months!!! 12. I faxed and sent certified letters - no response More
ATTENTION!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I am Active Duty Military stationed in Yuma, AZ. Upon the arrival of our first child, my wife and I looked for months figuring out what vehicle we wa I am Active Duty Military stationed in Yuma, AZ. Upon the arrival of our first child, my wife and I looked for months figuring out what vehicle we wanted to buy. We decided on a Jeep Grand Cherokee for it's size and safety. I bought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit from Rockland in February of 2015 after finding it online. I asked all the questions i.e., is there cosmetic damages, has it been in a wreck, it is in good running condition.... I was told the vehicle was practically new, and the owner had only bought it to make quota. The Jeep had just under 10,000 miles on it. I pulled the Carfax and it had not reported anything. It seem like a perfect purchase. I had the Jeep shipped to Yuma, and arrived just in time for our first born child's birth. Fast forward to July of this year. I took the vehicle in to my Yuma Jeep dealership for some warranty work due to the wheel well trim coming off, and the right front bumper had popped out causing a small crack in the paint. I was told that they wheel trim pieces would be covered, but the bumper could not because it had been in a wreck. I was dumbfounded because my wife and I have not hit anything. Note, this vehicle has all the bells and whistles that scream at you even if you get too close to something. I pulled the CarFax when I got home, and found out that CarFax started to report a month after purchase that my vehicle had been in a vehicle collision a month prior. After a few weeks of contacting Rockland, they told me to take it into my local Jeep dealership and send them the quote of the damage. The Yuma dealership took the bumper off and did a further inspection to make sure there was no further damage. They found that the headlight had been glued into place, sheet metals screws, non standard brackets, and broken brackets. They sent the quote to Rockland and they denied the claim. This vehicle was sold as a Jeep Certified Pre-owned Vehicle. Note, the inspection does not involve taking off any panels or they would have found this cheap fix. I tried to contact Rockland to get a reason why they would not fix the damage but got no response. I filed a complaint with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and the NY State Attorney. The NY State Attorney has recommended this to be dealt with in court. I ended up paying for the damages out of my pocket which were over $3400, not including the rental or loss of value now that vehicle is reported to have been in a wreck. I also had to deal with this during my family vacation, which does not happen often when your in the military in a unit with a high op tempo. I would HIGHLY recommended that you do not purchase your next vehicle from this dealership. If they are willing to cover up this, what else will they cover up. Furthermore, one of the owners of the dealership was the one who wrecked it. Save yourself time, money, the headache, and purchase somewhere else. Update after response from dealer: Here are a few facts for the consumers: 1. The vehicle has not been driven all over the country. Was shipped in an enclosed truck to Yuma after it was bought, 3 hr trips from local area, and one cross country trip to TN for Christmas so the family could be all together on our baby's first Christmas. 2. The only "repair shops" it has been to has been to get the oil changed at Jeep Dealerships. Something responsible owners do. Take care of their vehicle. 3. The owner of your business was the one who wrecked it. Why the info wasn't disclosed when buying the vehicle was a pure cover up. The police report clearly states that the owner wrecked the vehicle. The damage that I had to fixed was in the same location that the owner wrecked vehicle. 4. The reason the Yuma Jeep dealership first spotted your spotty repair work was because the bracket was replaced with a non standard bracket. 5. A 125 point inspection would not find the underlying damage. 6. Your spotty repair didn't hold causing the right front bumper to slightly pop out and make a small crack in the paint. Same place of impact where your owner wrecked it. I would highly advise you not to buy from here. If the owner is willing to cover up a wreck, not properly fix it, and not tell the consumer who was buying it, what else are they willing to cover up. I honestly would not have bought this vehicle if I had know it had been in a wreck. Once again, save yourself a headache, time, money, and look elsewhere. I have tried to contact the dealer one last time and their consumer rep has told me not to contact them again. I am now stuck with trying to find a lawyer and probably paying for fees more than what the damage cost. More

That was in March Then Last week I ca Just finished paying off my Jeep Liberty. Took it to the service center for breaks and check up 600.00 dollars. That was in March Then Last week I called to set up an appointment because I heard a rubbing noise since the breaks were installed. I got one. A week later. The tire sensor had also triggered and the engine light was on again. So I got a diagnostic again even though I told them I believe it is the new gas cap that I put on. It was and 125.00 later for the diagnostic that problem was solved. They then told me the sensor for the tires were blown. Funny how that happened after they removed the tires to repair the breaks back in March. So then I was asked if I would like to have a new gas cap installed and the sensors replaced. I asked how much. She said with the diagnostic it would be 438.00. for two sensors and a gas cap. WOW!!!!! Talk about thieves. They fixed the break rubbing for free. WOW!!!! Use your local mechanics. They are worth it. DONT USE ROCKLAND SERVICE. PERIOD!!!!! More

Service advice regarding older SUV I was shopping for a CPO SUV or lease in 10/15. Well maintained older Durango (leather, 4.7 and still fab) was not steering or stopping right (ABS). I was shopping for a CPO SUV or lease in 10/15. Well maintained older Durango (leather, 4.7 and still fab) was not steering or stopping right (ABS). Suspension, ball joints all fixed twice. Awesome SUV. I dropped $3,300 in November and it drove great for 2 months; now warning light and as per my mechanic, transmission is going? First problem ever with hard core insides (transmission, engine, etc). Second opinion by real truck mechanic and TBD, keeping an eye on fluids and warning lights... I appreciate the follow up by Rockland Jeep/Dodge to my complaint and I will keep you posted. Please note the corrections Christopher & Cassandra! Apologies Eugene as I've never met you and I'm not sure how you were flagged with bad review. Congrats on Durango high rankings for 2015, 2016 versions. The 2001 is rock solid truck. More
STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sid is combative, rude, likes to talk rather than listen and is COMPLETELY incompetent in dealing with customers. Why make an already irate customer Sid is combative, rude, likes to talk rather than listen and is COMPLETELY incompetent in dealing with customers. Why make an already irate customer even more angry? I've been a successful business owner for 8 years and prior to that I was a Client Relations Manager for a major US corporation. He is vile and deplorable. Refuses to let you speak to anyone above him even though supposedly his bosses have an "open door" policy. I brought my 2007 Dodge Sprinter in for service over a week ago. It was in "limp mode" Soot had blocked the EGR valves as well as the DPS and the Catalytic converter. My local mechanic had given me what codes the check engine light was reading. I knew exactly what i was in for as far as roundabout price and cost. I explained to Angie in full detail what was to be changed out and done. The vehicle also needed brakes (which my guy could have done for 1/3 the price as this dealership). I didn't want more down time so I agreed to the $2k brakes. I hope they're diamond studded...I brought it in Thursday 1/7/16. I was called by Angie and told it was done on Saturday 1/9/16. I had to pick it up Sunday 1/10/16 as we were away Saturday. As I made the right hand turn going up Rt. 59 (barely a mile away), I noticed the van was still sluggish. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and figured maybe some highway driving would resolve the issue. The van refused to go more than 60 mph on the NYS Thruway. It took over 2 miles after coming to a complete stop at the toll booth to get it close to 60 mph again. Going down a hill, you could feel the van "let go" and coast up to 71. The immediate following hill, I videoed (as you need evidence with this dealership) the speedometer going from 71 to barely 55. Obviously what I asked to be done was not and I paid over $2k for a repair that did NOTHING. First thing Monday morning I called back to talk with the Service Manager (Sid). He swore up and down that his Sprinter tech is amazing and that we must be wrong. Ummmmm....No. If you literally stand on the gas pedal, and the van no go vrooom, it's the same issue as before. I know, I know, I'm a woman...what the xxxx could I possibly know? (about this repair I've had done 6 times in 113k miles...ugghhh) I brought the van back in on Thursday. I was told it would be looked at immediately. No call at all Thursday. To me, that's the dealer saying "What can we tell them? How can we make this look like their problem? Let's get our ducks in a row." In the company I formerly worked for, that was a daily meeting! Friday morning, Angie calls and says that what the van needs now (same thing I told her it needed a week ago) was going to cost $7500 (In addition to the $4,100 they already nailed me for). BUT because we have spent so much money ($12,045.20 on repairs in 18 months) they want to "do right" by us and do the repair "at cost" which from what Angie said was $2,100. TALK ABOUT MARKUP!!!! WHOOOOOOO!!!!! When I told her I wasn't paying for the repair because they didn't do what was asked of them the first time, I also demanded to speak to not only Sid, but his boss as well. 4 hours goes by. No call. I call, they put me through to Angie's voicemail. 3 hours goes by. No call. The woman who answered the phone and transferred me to Angie's voicemail neglected to tell me that she had left early for a wake. This woman also knew that I was not happy and had been waiting all day for a status. Mind you, for (at this point) my van has been sitting with NOTHING being done. Sid FINALLY calls back and states he had been trying to reach me on two different numbers, but that he was getting a "number is not in service" message. That doesn't even make sense. Two different numbers? My lawyer, customers, oncologist, father and accountant had no problem getting through. Nor did I when trying from my cell. I call xx! Sid refused to listen to anything I had to say, and when I tried getting loud to be heard over him, he yelled at me for getting loud. In reading the reviews of him and his service center, this was to be expected. He has lied to customers, made promises to credit services for their short comings and then reneged. I demanded to speak to his boss first thing this morning. Sid called this morning stating his boss had "no interest in talking with me at this point". So much for that "open door" policy. Then I got yelled at for "trashing" the dealership online. I have every right to warn the world of their lack of service. He started the conversation with "I'm calling to find out what you want us to do about the repair", barely got that out of his mouth before telling me that he and the owner wanted the van off the premises. A class action lawsuit against this fraudulent company in both sales and service is currently being looked at and the news media has been contacted. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! THEY ARE MORE DEADLY THAN THE STAGE IV CANCER I HAVE!! More
Awful customer service Purchased a brand new Grand Cherokee here based on a recommendation by my father in law who purchased two vehicles from them. Right from the moment I Purchased a brand new Grand Cherokee here based on a recommendation by my father in law who purchased two vehicles from them. Right from the moment I drive it off of the lot, there were issues. The all of the electronics continually shut off. That included the instrument cluster, speedometer, navigating. Brought it back to the dealership immediately where it stayed for more than a week. After the vehicle was returned to me, the engine light came on and the transmission started shifting erratically and I brought it back to the dealership where it sat for another few days. This has continued for months on end. After bringing the issue to the service manager (Barry), I was told, "we turned the engine light off, what the xxxx more do you want?." Needless to say I will never buy another Chrysler vehicle or deal with this dealership again. More
