Brandon from the Service Dept. was professional and very helpful. I went in for routine oil change. There was an issue with the missing tire lock, Brandon immediately reacted and was professional and very helpful. I went in for routine oil change. Had my vehicle for 4 days and never even looked at it. It just sat in the parking lot. All attempts to contact advisor were ignored. This was the worst customer service experience at a dealer ever. Don't get me wrong the staff are nice people, but the service was nonexistent. dropped my car off on a Monday night, no update after r dealer ever. Don't get me wrong the staff are nice people, but the service was nonexistent. dropped my car off on a Monday night, no update after repeated call-ins until Thursday late PM, oh we didn't look at your car yet.. hmmm well I need my car back so I grab it on Friday and was told my MGMT that it would be looked at Monday am. I drop my car off Sunday night, and the same pattern, I called multiple times, but nothing... I finally get in touch with Alan Thursday again afternoon, tells me that they started the process that he will get back to me and that he needed to educate himself on the door parts... long story short item was not covered, and no work was done, 260 out of pocket and a total of 9 days with my car... Meanwhile, I have bought 3 cars from this dealer, but when I approached the inside asking for the owner I was told they have nothing to do with service. Time to walk out and never return! More
