It was very difficult to get in touch with anyone. My messages were rarely returned. Had 4 different advisors for one problem. Was not provided a loaner car or rental. Was told to just go find a garage to keep it in (sunroof leaking). I made one call to jeep wave and turned my parts wait time from November 30 to first week of november. Your parts department told me to keep calling them to check on status of my parts because they’re too busy to call me. When the the parts came in I had to make another appointment a week plus later. Dropped my car off and waited another week plus to call and check in. They said “oh look at that yes it’s done just need some paperwork” so I don’t know how long it was just sitting there waiting for paperwork. Asked several times for to provide some documentation there was no water damage from the leaking sun roof and none of my advisors would provide anything. Overall dissatisfied with my experience and will not be returning. More

Getting my routine service done was quick and easy. I like the no need for appointments option.
