They charged for an assessment on a check engine light, but when they provided the receipt, all the wrote that they provided an assessment of what it would take to fix the car. No written assessment. Scheduled a service appointment for 7:30am. Service department did not open on time. By the time the vehicle was was taken in it was 8:15. Advised the service advisor that I will wait for the o Service department did not open on time. By the time the vehicle was was taken in it was 8:15. Advised the service advisor that I will wait for the oil change to be done, and will not leave the vehicle. Took 3 hours to do a simple oil change at retail cost. Will not go back for routine service, only warranty work since it’s a waste of time and overpriced. Service “advisor” advised useless services for a brand new vehicle.
