Service personnel are not the same as it used to be, not responsive. They call you back after 3 to 4 days and the vehicle is still not ready, they just called back to give you a quote. responsive. Unbelievably bad communication. They basically kidnapped my car for 4 days. Dropped it off for diagnostics on a Thursday morning, was called that evening to say they hadn't gotten They basically kidnapped my car for 4 days. Dropped it off for diagnostics on a Thursday morning, was called that evening to say they hadn't gotten to it yet. Called on Friday evening and no one returned my call. Called on Saturday morning to say forget the diagnostic test if they hadn't gotten to it because I really needed my car and was told that it was hooked up to the diagnostics machine and they couldn't give it to me and that the diagnostics people wouldn't be back til Monday!! More
