Hello, We appreciate the opportunity to address your recent service visit. Our service department strives to ensure that all our customers' service needs are met with our high standards. Unfortunately, some instances are beyond our control. Regarding your oil change, it was determined that a defective seal/gasket on the new oil filter was the issue. This defect was not something we could have identified prior. The leak became apparent once the vehicle reached operating temperature and pressure during your drive home. Once we were made aware of the situation, we promptly invited you back to our facility. Our team worked diligently to power wash your vehicle, including the engine compartment and as much of the undercarriage as possible. We also cleaned the oil that spilled from the underside of the vehicle to the best of our ability. We are unable to provide any further compensation, as we have taken all necessary steps to address the cleanup of the vehicle resulting from the defective seal. Hello, While we can empathize with your frustration regarding your vehicle's mechanical issues, I would like to clarify a few points you mentioned in the review. Our appointments are not scheduled for 30 days in advance. Your impression must stem from the automated scheduling system. You scheduled an online appointment for September 13th. We did, however, reach out to offer you the option to move your September 13th appointment to August 26th, and this change was made. On Saturday, August 17th, you brought your vehicle to our Service Department 9 days before your scheduled appointment. You indicated that you were aware of the August 26th appointment but wished to leave your vehicle with us. Our advisor informed you that our shop was at capacity and that we would do our best to service your vehicle as soon as possible. On August 22nd, you contacted your advisor expressing dissatisfaction that your vehicle had not yet been serviced and requested to take it back. The following day, August 23rd, you visited our Service Department and began raising your voice, making accusations against our staff and our establishment. When I attempted to explain that we value every vehicle brought to us for service, you became argumentative. Our staff did not treat you disrespectfully at any time; rather, it was you who used inappropriate language and made personal insults towards our service advisor. We respect your decision to seek service elsewhere. Maria, There are two sides to every story and what you just described is obviously your perspective. Some tips for the customer service manager of a service department. Don’t take a car in if you don’t have a plan or date when you can service that vehicle. It would have much easier to tell me when I drove the car in that you would not even look at it for at least two weeks. Maybe don’t have members of your staff treat customers disrespectfully. I never raised my voice even after being called an idiot by your staff member with the handlebar mustache. I walked out of the dealership annoyed and angry. I had my Jeep serviced at another Jeep dealership and the experience was the exact opposite. You are obviously doing something wrong. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Mike.

Thank you for responding,my concern is not your pricing my concern is what you charged me for labor, it was way too much ,I spoke to one of the managers there and they said it was way to much . But it doesn’t matter anymore cause I’m not gonna get refunded and things will stay the same.
