Was explained that there was a faulty seal in the filter and the problem was resolved. They changed the filter and oil. They stated that they cleaned the mess from the oil spillage. Upon returning home, and parking car in my driveway, I believed all was resolved. The next morning, I exited the driveway. Upon returning home that evening, I noticed oil stains in the driveway. Unsure if it was my car, I parked in an alternate spot. After leaving from that spot, I noticed more oil stains. In conclusion, a simple oil change has turned into loss of time and now, because it requires attention, oil stains that require cleaning or changing pavers/concrete. More
I had a bad experience with your service department. To start off I had an appointment to bring my car in on a Wednesday to check why my engine light was on which I believed was an oil sending switch wh To start off I had an appointment to bring my car in on a Wednesday to check why my engine light was on which I believed was an oil sending switch which they gave me an estimate of $311. I called back that late afternoon to check on the status of my car which started the unpleasant experience by calling each service representative which all went to their voicemails. I was able to get which I believe was a receptionist who contacted a rep for me who stated that my car wouldn’t be looked at all because of how busy they are. I was told they would call me the next day. I waited for the callback which I wound up calling back and was told they are looking at it now and they will call back to let me know the status. They never called back. Friday morning I went to the dealership where I was told my rep was off that day which another rep met me to help me with my situation. He was nice enough to help me. He got my paperwork which stated it was an oil sending switch but the estimate jumped more than doubled the original estimate. I had no other option but to agree because of my car being tied up for three days now. I was told it maybe done by that night. I was called that night it would be done by the next day which is Saturday. I was called that morning to say it was completed. I was thankful for that service rep to move it along but didn’t care how difficult it is for someone to answer and return phone calls and how far off an estimate can be! More

Words cant describe how horrible an experience I had with Rockland CDJR. My Wrangler's differential was in need of service and it was making an un-natural sound. Bottom line I could not drive the vehicle. Fi Rockland CDJR. My Wrangler's differential was in need of service and it was making an un-natural sound. Bottom line I could not drive the vehicle. First off could not get an appointment for over 30 days. I could not wait that long as the vehicle is used for work. I brought the Jeep in on a Saturday and the service advisor (Brendan) admittedly said they cant look at it till Monday. I thought that was fair an left the vehicle. Problem started when I was informed Wednesday that the Jeep was still not even looked at. They then informed me that they did not have time and would not even diagnose what was wrong for at least another week. Mind you I have been a customer for 4 years. They then told me to pick up the Jeep and wait till my service appointment which is 7 days later. Why even take the car in in the first place. When I spoke to the Service Manager (Mary) she treated me horribly and told me to, "if you don't like it take you're business elsewhere." I called Ramsey Jeep and they took the vehicle next day and were great. I will have a positive review for Ramsey coming soon. More
I am not happy with what they charged me ,the parts were $191.87 and they charged me for labor $1170,I honestly feel that was a cheat of the system, I asked around the dealership and got five employees and $191.87 and they charged me for labor $1170,I honestly feel that was a cheat of the system, I asked around the dealership and got five employees and they said the same,so I will be talking to my lawyer about this tomorrow.Something has to change. Would give no stars if I could. I purchased a vehicle from RCJDR a year ago, and the buying process with my salesman was smooth, no complaints here. When it comes to the service d I purchased a vehicle from RCJDR a year ago, and the buying process with my salesman was smooth, no complaints here. When it comes to the service department, stay away. I had to make no less than 5 service appointments in the first 5 months of owning the vehicle. On the last visit I was told the issue would be under warranty and to sign the a $350 dollar diagnostic order. A charge I was told I would not have to pay because the auxiliary battery was under warranty. Well, it turns out it wasn't the auxiliary batter like they said and that it was the main battery. This battery was not under warranty so the $350 diagnostic charge would now stand unless I spent over $600 on a new battery. Anyone with 1/2 a brain cell knows new batteries do not cost $600. I talked to the service manager and they did not budge. I told them I would pay the $350 and that was it. I went out and bought a superior non mopar battery for $200 and installed it myself in 10 minutes. I sent feedback of my experience, they didn't care, so I then emailed the GM who did get back to me, apologized, and said they would cut a check for the battery. That was in April, its now August and no one has responded to me in months. I also had to go to the service department at least 3 times for a leaking back window and well I am not going to waste any more of my time discussing what a bad experience this was as well. More
