I had an incredibly disappointing and alarming experience with the service department at Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, especially with the Service Manager. In March 2022, I brought my daughter's 2020 with the service department at Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, especially with the Service Manager. In March 2022, I brought my daughter's 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in for a routine oil change and to address the Y10 Safety Recall (Fuel Supply Line). The invoice claimed the recall had been completed. Fast forward to July 2024, my trusted mechanic discovered a fuel line leak, and the tag on the line clearly showed it was part of the recall—meaning the critical recall work had never been properly done. When I returned to Rockland Jeep with this dangerous discovery, they refused to accept any responsibility, even questioning the authenticity of the tag, and demanded $317.01 just to inspect the issue. Even after Jeep corporate got involved, the service department stalled for weeks, leaving my car sitting untouched for over five weeks. After finally voicing my frustration, they abruptly returned the car to me—with the fuel line still leaking—and told me to take it elsewhere. My daughter, who needed the car for her first job after college, was left stranded for weeks, while I was handed back a vehicle with a fuel leak that could have easily led to a fire or worse. In desperation, I took the car to another Jeep dealership in Long Island, NY. Within a week, they completed the recall correctly and even identified a paint issue still under warranty. The contrast in service was shocking. Rockland Jeep’s complete lack of accountability, their reckless disregard for safety, and their refusal to properly handle a life-threatening recall is beyond unacceptable. More

It took to much time after and appointment to let me know what my vehicle had. It was the only car in my household, so I had to spend money renting a car for 4 days until I got my car back. what my vehicle had.
