Unprofessional, inept, rude, service center advisor doesn't return phone calls, horrible customer service. Car was in the service center for 3+ weeks. No rental car availability. Every time I bring my Jeep in for service Kevin and the crew acted in a very professional manner. The repairs are always completed properly although at times it takes a bit longer than expected. In the pas crew acted in a very professional manner. The repairs are always completed properly although at times it takes a bit longer than expected. In the past communication was lacking but I think that has gotten better. So I would recommend Rockland Jeep. More

This is the worst dealership ever. The service department is horrendous. They just wanna take your money.
