Brought my 2021 ram pro master to the dealer… Was told vehicle needed a new transmission… 2 1/2 months later I was told no transmissions are available for my vehicle… I went to pay the service fee for the vehicle needed a new transmission… 2 1/2 months later I was told no transmissions are available for my vehicle… I went to pay the service fee for the diagnostics on my van, and I was charged a return part charge for a transmission that never arrived… I believe this was bad business on the dealerships part… I will not be returning to this dealership for anything and no one else should either for Service. I had to tow my vehicle out of this dealership and into another repair shop that will make the repairs. The service writer was a good person who told me there was nothing he could do about the return part charge. I just believe it is bad business to charge to return a part that never arrived and I had to swallow the cost of paying for a vehicle, insurance and registration that was at a dealership for 2 1/2 months and then incur the charges to tow the vehicle to another repair shop. More

Maria Capello should not be working at this dealership. She’s unprofessional and not conducive to being a productive part of a business. After dropping my jeep off for service, I got a call the next day(it She’s unprofessional and not conducive to being a productive part of a business. After dropping my jeep off for service, I got a call the next day(it was night dropped). The call from Maria stated that I must come pick up my vehicle because they will not be servicing it. She continued to explain it will not be serviced because of a bad review I had left two years prior. I know this sounds crazy, but this actually happened. The original bad review was from damage that was done to the vehicle when in for service. It was a hassle, but the dealership made good and fixed the issues. So it seems that it was my fault that the dealership got a bad review, not the dealerships fault for faulty service. I had to leave work and pick up my car since it was obvious it wouldn’t be serviced. I felt rushed to get it out of the dealership in case something would be done out of spite to the vehicle. I would think this would be a second chance for them to redeem themselves. Maria obviously doubled down and what seems like banned me from the dealership. Be aware that if you leave bad reviews, you may be banned from this dealership. The service advisors are great. They do a stellar job. That job can be easy always pleasing the customers. At the conclusion of this, I believe Maria has done me a favor in the long run. Kuddos to Maria to having so much confidence in the economy to turn away a paying customer. More
