DEALERSHIP Would not accept phone call from Chrysler Financial looking to address warranty issue. I brought in Jeep wrangler with 36,195 miles due to death wobble. A known issue and one that first occurred two weeks ago. I waited for my service appointment and was told that because I was over 36,000 miles it would not be under warranty (which is comical). Anyway I contacted Chrysler Financial and while on the phone with them - the representative attempted contact Rockland Jeep. The Chrysler representative was told that the service advisor I just spoke with was not in! Unbelievable. So the Chrysler rep then told me not to worry and that all would be made good. So on that I authorized Jeep Rockland to make the death wobble repair. Now I’m working with Chrysler. They are trying to be helpful but this process is a mess. I was also told by Rockland that if I had bought the at there - they would be able to work with me. I originally got the car from Dar Cars in Maryland. I certainly will not get my next JEEP at Rockland. More
