When I did go down to see Jay, to look and test drive some different cars - it was a great buying experience. All questions were answered, bits of advice given and most of all - an enthusiasm for my business, but no pressure to do so. Jay is super courteous, knowledgeable and a true business professional. After my decison was made, I then met the finance person who quickly and efficiently obtained great rate financing, and handled all the loan work without much effort at all from me. Again, a super professional and pleasant experience. When my purchase was all set, the sales manager then came over to make sure I was absolutely happy with my experience. From that point on, I have had a couple of regular servicing appointments for the car and again, I couldn't ask for more in their servicing.
