The service advisor Tony is rude and very arrogant. We had coupons that were sent to use directly from Mopar and got told that we couldn't use them. Service department is a joke at Rockland Dodge. My service advisor would not honor a Mopar coupon. Argued with me regarding the type of oiled that was in the vehicle. After I showed him the receipt fr service advisor would not honor a Mopar coupon. Argued with me regarding the type of oiled that was in the vehicle. After I showed him the receipt from the last oil change he didn't say a word. While I was waiting for the service to be complete he came out to tell me there never was oil in the engine from last service and there was no evidence of an oil leak. He said the last technician never put oil in. If this was the case the oil light should have came on. In the last four months I traveled to North Carolina and back. Baltimore MD and back. I traveled to NYC and back numerous times. Four months later the vehicle is still going and running great. More
