My first appointment time changed. How I dont know. It may be someone not paying attention to screen in front of them. Second my service advisor has one name was taken care of by someone else who turned o may be someone not paying attention to screen in front of them. Second my service advisor has one name was taken care of by someone else who turned out to be someone I dealt with before. He was nice. The other thing is when you call it goes to voicemail all the time then having to wait for a callback shouldn't take that long. Get a true phone person to relay messages back and forth to people faster. More
