We went in for service for a Uconnect screen going blank in cold weather. Service found a problem and ordered gateway module. Installed and still not working according to service dept. They gave the car ba in cold weather. Service found a problem and ordered gateway module. Installed and still not working according to service dept. They gave the car back to my daughter (who picked up) without checking it. The ENTIRE dashboard was taken out and left on my passenger seat. I have pix to prove it. I had to bring the car back in next morning to fix. It was put back, but now no USB worked, stop start feature, no Uconnect screen nothing, I was told this was normal since the entire screen failed. I brought the car in for "intermittent" problem, but received it back completely broken. Called service dept back many times without a callback. They began ignoring our calls. Reported to chrysler customer service and opened a case. After a week we get a call the whole screen was in stock. Brought back and this was repaired. BUT the replacement screen was NOT NEW because when i called to reactivate my Sirrius XM satellite, and gave them my serial # & other info, they said it was associated with another account. Evidently the screen is refurbished. This is a 2021 Grand Cherokee. I would have expected new parts to be installed, no? Needless to say I am extremely unhappy with the experience. Would i recommend this car & service center to my friends? Not sure at this point. I wasted HOURS of my time chasing people for something that should have been handled differently from the get-go. I also lost many of the inherent safely / comfort feature of the car during this time (backup camera, among other uconnect screen features like auto temp, seat heat etc) Would love for someone in an actual management position to call us and explain how that happened and what you would like to do to make it right so I would feel comfortable recommending Jeep & Dealership to anyone i speak to about it. More

My recent service was the worst I have ever had at any dealership. I have been buying Dodge, Ram or Chrysler for the past 50 years and have been satisfied with my service experiences. The past two weeks have been the worst weeks ever from a service experience. Took my Town and Country in for a Check Engine light problem. I got it back two weeks later. The primary problem was the temperature gauge. It took them a week to tell me what was wrong. I made numerous calls and went down to find out what was required (Saturday). I was told that I would get an answer that day. Three days later I called the service manager. The next day I received a cost estimate for the repair. I authorized the repair. I was told by the service writer that he would try to have it ready later that day. No response that day. The next day I called and left messages. No response. The next day (Saturday) I went back done and spoke with the service writer. He did not really know the status. He promised to get back with me that day. Of course, he did not. Monday, I called. He texted me to say that they were almost done. Tuesday, received a text that the repair was awaiting delivery of a thermostat. (Note that the issue was a thermostat. When did they order the part? An absolutely broken process.) Late that day I was notified that the van was ready. I picked it up the following morning. An absolutely failure. Please change the rating to NO STARS. More
