I had to make the appointment to get my jeep serviced more than a month in advance. That amount of time for me to get my car into the service center was ridiculous. Once there the service representative more than a month in advance. That amount of time for me to get my car into the service center was ridiculous. Once there the service representative was polite informative and called me back quickly. Also my car was fixed within one day. Picking my car up I dealt with a different service representative who was equally polite and eager to assist me although there was some confusion as to the final cost of the repair. After I pointed out a discrepancy on the bill, this matter was cleared up quickly and professionally. But I feel that the overall cost of the repair was a bit excessive. More

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Classic bait and switch. Made a deal with them. Got it in writing. Confirmed with the General Manager. Made sure the car was in fact in stock. Drove over an hour in the rain and traffic and got there and sure enough they said it was sold. Within 3 hours of my conversation with the GM. They had another car of course. A hundred dollars more a month and more out of pocket. Needless to say I left without a car. Do not deal with these people. More
