I had a Jeep recall and brought in my Jeep September 13th of this year, 2024. Starting with the young man who took my car in, to the Service Advisor Mr. Dupper who took down all my information, to the youn of this year, 2024. Starting with the young man who took my car in, to the Service Advisor Mr. Dupper who took down all my information, to the young lady Eianna who signed me out and helped me collect my keys...excellent. I have bought well over five vehicles from this dealership. But the quality of the service department has dropped drastically. I had a leased vehicle that I brought in for the second time for the s dealership. But the quality of the service department has dropped drastically. I had a leased vehicle that I brought in for the second time for the same problem. The second time it was days after the warranty expired and they wouldn't even run a diagnostic for free. I was in negotiations to purchase a new Hornet as well as to sell this vehicle off lease back to the dealership.(vehicle was mint/very low mileage w lots of equity) . But since they refused to even budge in their service department I not only refused to buy the hornet. But bought the vehicle off lease and sold it myself for a 10k profit. I will never use or buy anything from this dealership again. More
