Do not buy a car or get your car serviced here ! !! Service department was brought my car in to repair sun roof, and was told they would get back to me the next day with progress, took 3 days for !! Service department was brought my car in to repair sun roof, and was told they would get back to me the next day with progress, took 3 days for them to tell me they were too busy to look at it and it would take another week just to look at it which would cost 300 just for that. When I told them I couldn't wait that look just for them to look at it, they became nasty and obnoxious and told me to take my car right now and don't ever come back. !!! Tried tor each out to the dealership manager, and he would not speak to me or hear me out when I called and visited him. Shows you what they think of customers. Just look at all the other reviews here and you will see I am not alone, there are so many sad stories and reviews about this dump. Terrible customer care with service writers and management in their service department. Dont waste your time or money with this place. Owner needs to implement more employee training and tone down the excuses and lies. Never going back here again! More

Dealership is awful service department will screw you over if you do not know things or research things yourself. Dealership tried to push a $129 oil change on me they are advertising on the their websi over if you do not know things or research things yourself. Dealership tried to push a $129 oil change on me they are advertising on the their website for $69 and $99. Plus I bought a pre paid 3 oil changes and tire rotation from Mopar they will not honor. Plus they are offering 3 free oil changes on if you bought a vehicle from them. Reported Dealership and service department to FCA. They refused to take my case number when I tried to provide them. So beware this place and if you do. Know your things and research their website for maintenance prices because they will stick it too you if you do not bring it up. More
