The service provider, Kevin, was knowledgeable and easy to work with. The idea of booking an appointment time on line is a little deceptive. I stopped by the dealership to test drive a 2024 Rubicon 392 Final Edition. I met Oliver McIntyre and he was great. he took me out on an unbelievable test drive. I thanked him and told him I was going to test drive a 2024 Ford Bronco Raptor next door. he said great , but you will be back. well he wasn't wrong. I went back to him and asked him if he had a white Rubicon. He took me to another building and there it was. I bought it on the spot. Oliver arranged to have the vehicle delivered to me which was great. I only have great things to say about the dealership and especially Oliver. I found a new friend ! More

I went in for my recall service on my jeep wrangler. I wasn't given a time frame when I'm going to get my car back but it took about 5 days excluding sunday. I wish they were able to provide me a renta I wasn't given a time frame when I'm going to get my car back but it took about 5 days excluding sunday. I wish they were able to provide me a rental but I was told it wasn't included in the warranty so I was carless the whole time. But other than that they did a pretty good job on my car and their customer service is also good. More
