It’s almost impossible to put in words how comfortable, safe and happy that I felt dealing with Ken Campos Cestero ! *. Everything from the first visit, staying past 6 PM no matter what he had going on in safe and happy that I felt dealing with Ken Campos Cestero ! *. Everything from the first visit, staying past 6 PM no matter what he had going on in his personal life, to the test drive, to coming back the following day on a Sunday (on his day off,) to finish up the lease…was 1000% PERFECT!!!! Also, the very first time I came to look at the jeep Compass…, Jermaine, a perfect gentleman, did everything to make us feel valued! My daughter said that Ken was recommended, and I kind of felt bad, that Jermaine didn’t get any credit towards the lease, but neither of the guys seemed to be concerned, ….they were only happy that it worked out and that I was happy ! I will be driving from Bergen County, NJ, to Nanuet… Every time I need another lease ! THIS PLACE IS SO WELCOMING, SAFE, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, ……AND I AM OVER THE MOON ABOUT MY JEEP ( I’ve been ducked !! ) PS: my rubber mats are so classy - thank you ! I genuinely get the impression that everyone on this Service team (from management to service advisors to the young woman in the cashier booth) wants to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend this team for anything needed. I wouldn't take my Jeep anywhere else. Five star service and excellent work at a good price. You can't ask for more than that! Service department was supposed to do a routine oil change and tire rotation. When I went to pickup my car, I noticed the tire rotation was not completed and I asked for a refund. After I brought this to the attention of the service department manager Maria, she insisted it was done saying how "trustworthy" the shop and foreman was, and was defending him before hearing my side of the story. They refused to do a physical inspection to review the evidence I had to show the tires were not rotated. They told me they needed to do a "video review" of work and afterwards when they called me back they still maintained that tire rotation was completed. Only when I returned back to service center to talk to shop foreman David did the story change and they finally acknowledged they made a mistake and the work was not completed after all. Thinking I was through with this ordeal and finally going to get a refund, Maria wanted me to fill out paperwork for them to process my refund instead of crediting my card. After taking my car here for almost 10 years, I am questioning in hindsight other service I had done here and if was mislead in the past as well. I can no longer trust this service department for more complicated work when something so straightforward they could be dishonest about. On top of this, basic customer service principles were not followed for a routine inexpensive service. More

Our service provider, Kevin was extremely helpful, but unfortunately it took too long to get our car assessed and worked on.
