Joe was our sales representative while buying our 2024 jeep wrangler 4xe, he was simply amazing. The dealership as a whole however is a whole other story. I was clearly sold a lemon jeep as it shuts down jeep wrangler 4xe, he was simply amazing. The dealership as a whole however is a whole other story. I was clearly sold a lemon jeep as it shuts down on me randomly, back roads and doing 65 mph on the highway. I brought my car back into the dealership multiple times with zero resolution or direction to lead me into getting out of this terribly unsafe vehicle that they sold me. Joe deserves credit where it’s due but the dealership 0/10. They have zero consideration for helping you even when your safety is at risk. More

The service manager called to discuss my dissatisfaction. She basically said she is surprised I'm unhappy and that according to them my problem was fixed. She didn't care that it was in fact not fixed (probl She basically said she is surprised I'm unhappy and that according to them my problem was fixed. She didn't care that it was in fact not fixed (problem reoccurred on my way home from the dealership) and ended the call with "perhaps it's best if you don't do your business with us any further".
