The problem isn't so much about the $295, but the fact that my repair ended up being a blown fuse (probably a $50 repair). In the end, they still charged me $295 for the service/repair. They even made me pay for the part (extra $12 dollars....lmao). This is Highway robbery at its best. I understand charging a diagnostic up front. For repairs that require more work, that diagnostic will be credited back to you. It also prevents clients from getting a free diagnosis and then going elsewhere to get the vehicle fixed. I wouldn't want to put work into something and not get paid. Firestone 100% would not have done that. In the end, Kevin did give me a $20 credit which I am grateful for, but please do not take your car there unless you know what the issue is, and that the repair will cost more than $295. Sorry, but I have to make this known. Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge of Rockland (and especially the management) dropped the ball here, and they look bad for doing it More

If I could give Rockland CJDR 0 stars I would in a heartbeat. Complete unprofessionalism from Ron my salesman and Warren who is apparently the GSM. I kindly asked to speak to the manager (Warren) aft heartbeat. Complete unprofessionalism from Ron my salesman and Warren who is apparently the GSM. I kindly asked to speak to the manager (Warren) after Ron seemingly did not want to help us complete an easy sale on a Wrangler 4xe that was on the lot. Soon there after I was met with “Buy the car somewhere else” and felt the vibration of his phone slamming down and was rudely hung up on and that’s from the GSM ???. Reason being extra Black Friday incentives of $3000 came out since I left a deposit and I informed my salesman I’m well aware of the new incisive and would like them to be applied prior to my scheduled delivery on Friday. I’m assuming Warren wasn’t too happy about a client being inclined to the proper incentives and was hoping to take advantage of my father and I and make a quick commission off us. Putting aside all the smart demeaning remarks Ron was making I was told to continually buy the car somewhere else. This is how Rockland CJDR treats its local fellow Rockland residents and everyone and I mean everyone should stay far far away from these scammers. My family and I live down the block from the dealer and I was forced to take my business across state lines into NJ the following day and made a deal on the exact numbers that Rockland “passed on.” I am not sure how this place does business but to treat a paying customer on a net deal like that is appaling. I was in the car business for many years and an invoice-holdback deal on a wrangler that seemingly every dealership is giving away is insanity. I instantly asked for a rrefund and they didn’t try to fix it nor apologize and we went and gave the business to Paramus instead all over disrespectful behavior in a progressional setting. Currently I’m still awaiting my deposit which I’m sure they already spent. When they wanted the sale everyone’s phone worked now seemingly the place is unresponsive? Will now be going to card holders dispute in order to get my money back before the holidays. If they aren’t making money on you and are being extra nice something isn’t right stay away from this place at all costs. It’s worth the trip to drive to the next closest Jeep dealer. Hopefully the owner Jonathan Pearlmutter can see this so he knows why his dealership has such a bad reputation amongst its Rockland residents. More

I had an appointment for my Jeep to be looked at, my Jeep sat and sat and sat there for a week without anyone taking the time to bother looking at it. I had to call every day for an update when I should have sat and sat and sat there for a week without anyone taking the time to bother looking at it. I had to call every day for an update when I should have been called with an update, all I got was one excuse after another. After 8 days I called again, they finally looked at it late that afternoon. I was told nothing was wrong, come pick it up. When I got there to pick it up my jeep was extremely dirty, it sat under a tree for 8 days. I did mention to my rep that the other dealer I used to go to with my other Jeep when I pick it up it was always clean….surprisingly….. another excuse. More
