awesone experience at Rocketown I was there for service on my Civic and while I was waiting I asked if I could have someone give me a extimate on my car if I traded the car in. Very nice presentation, introduce herself to me and asked a few questions. She was not pushy but kept me intersted and focused on looking at vehicles . Was very patient. If she didn't know the answer she went and asked a colleague. Didn't pretend she knew it all. Honest person. Was interested in making sure I would be happy with my choice. Again very patient.
