Once he handed me off to Roberta to finalize financing, she too was clear in the paperwork and very friendly as well. Both of them made me feel that there was no pressure, and confirmed that I was receiving a great price on the vehicle. Both then made me feel like family and I was grateful to be relieved of any anxieties I may have had on the drive from Santa Barbara to Lompoc. I would certainly make the drive again in the future and recommend friends & family to visit.
