They went above and beyond I went in to by a cheap car with bad credit. I had a preapproved loan at a high interest rate. The fine print on that loan made it unusable. I had already been turned down by another dealer. It didn't look like they could help me so I left. They continued working on it and called me with good news. I do my homework and the price of the car was very good. I also got a better interest rate. Great experience, I highly recommend . More
If I could, I wouldn't give them any stars I purchased a 2006 Ford Mustang Convertible from this dealership on February 13, 2014. By March 1, 2014, the convertible top started leaking. I cont I purchased a 2006 Ford Mustang Convertible from this dealership on February 13, 2014. By March 1, 2014, the convertible top started leaking. I contacted the dealership to receive a resolution. I left multiple messages and sent numerous emails and received no response. During this same time, I had been charged the February payment for the 2012 Chevy Sonic I had traded in for the mustang. I called the dealership again and once more, did not receive a return phone call. I was finally able to talk to Sue Wilke in April AFTER I had to prevent the Sonic's March payment from going through and making me overdrawn on my account. Mrs. Wilke promised me that they had sent the check but Ally, the finance company for the Sonic, promised me that they never received the check. After numerous harassing phone calls to, not only myself, but also my parents, I gave Ally Mrs. Wilke's direct number. Finally by the end of April, I stopped receiving calls from Ally (OVER two months after I gave them the sonic and drove away with the mustang) and I received a call from Lompoc Honda's service department in regards to the leaky convertible top. Due to to my schedule and lack of communication, once again, from this dealership, I finally received a new top on May 30, 2014. Less than one month later, my car started making a rattling noise. I took it to a mechanic and found out that now my beloved Mustang had a bad Catalytic Converter, which is a $1,500 repair. Seeing as how, at this point, I had ONLY had the car for FIVE months, had driven it LESS than 5,000 miles, AND had nothing but negative customer service experiences, I assumed the dealership would help me out, even if it was only a little. Due to the price of the repair, any help would have been much appreciated, so I contacted the dealership. They basically told me that they have already "gone above and beyond" and are not responsible for helping me as this repair is "wear and tear." IF I had been driving the car for a while then I can understand the "wear and tear" but I had been driving this car for FIVE months. Needless to say, I was furious and disappointed so I reached out to the general manager. He then passed me off to the owner who absolutely refused to return any of my calls and/or emails. I have been trying to get in contact with the owner for about two months now and have yet to speak to him on the phone. I now understand why the customer service of this dealership is so bad. It starts from the top and flows downhill until the customer is left feeling betrayed, frustrated and angry. DO NOT BUY YOUR NEXT CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! Their website is a lie, they do NOT care about the customer experience and you are NOT family when you drive off the lot. I love my mustang but I absolutely ABHOR this dealership and EVERY single person that treated me as if I was a thorn in their side. More

We looked around and thought we would go to So Cal as they had great inventory and good deals. Our experience with San Luis dealerships was not very good,and they were not customer friendly. We decided to go to Lompoc Honda before traveling south as we prefer to keep our dollars in our community. Our experience at Lompoc Honda was excellent! Our sales person Linda was great and the GM Justin took care of all of our concerns and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied.They even put 2 new front tires on the car before we drove our Honda Accord off the lot as we were concerned about the left front tire. We would definitely recommend Lompoc Honda to anyone and we will return when we decide to purchase another car. The 50 mile drive for us was well worth it!!!! Thank you to everyone at Lompoc Honda!!!! More
Went from good, bad and then great! My husband and I purchased a 2014 Honda Accord in May. Our sales person Ian was amazing. Very knowledge and help us get into the car, and helped us with the trade in of our old vehicle. They didn't have the car we wanted and they found it for us. They had it deliver from a different dealership and very for us that same day. Everything went very smoothly. We took the car home and noticed the paint wasn't quiet right. We brought it back into the dealership and they saw what we were seeing as well. They contacted the Honda headquarters and they really didn't want to do to much for us. Lompoc Honda decided they were going to give us a new paint job. They rented a car for us and said it would be about 7-10 days. Well it ended up being about 6 weeks, and the car still didn't look right. They ended up asking if we would prefer to have a new car. So they traded us for our black accord and gave us a white one. I also had just had the windows tinted in the black car and they paid for my windows to get done on the white car. After all is said and done they really went above and beyond for us. I want to thank Joe back in the body shop for putting up with us. Justin, Sue, Mark and Ian for doing everything you guys could for us! We really appreciate everything you guys did. More

Not only can I say we received outstanding customer service by Cindy Rodriguez, we were very pleased on how smooth & easy our purchase went. Normally we dread going into car dealerships. Thanks for the Lemon I bought a brand new 2008 Honda Accord in 2007 from Ron Hirzel at Lompoc Honda and had a fantastic experience. I had horrid experiences with their dec I bought a brand new 2008 Honda Accord in 2007 from Ron Hirzel at Lompoc Honda and had a fantastic experience. I had horrid experiences with their deceptive, untrustworthy service department thereafter, but I know that is separate from sales... So anyhow, when that car was paid off, Ron told me he "wanted" my Honda back and to come trade it in for the BMW I'd been wanting. I did just that and have regretted it ever since. I knew better than to buy a car with no warranty, but I felt Lompoc Honda was reputable and trustworthy and if the car was on their lot, it had to be good. WRONG! The car was nothing but problems from day one. We went back and forth about it, and Lompoc Honda was unwilling to help me out in any way. At one point, my contract still wasn't finalized and I threatened to return the car. I wish I had. I kept trying to fix the issues and band-aid the ones that were to costly to repair, but I finally just had to let the car go. To fix it would cost over $5,000 so I voluntarily turned it in. So now I'm out my perfect Accord, Beemer is gone, my credit is thrashed, and I'm on a bike. I knew better, but I also expected better. Lesson learned for sure! And I will not be back to Lompoc Honda. More
