Wish I Had Started Here First. I have been looking for a crossover SUV since August and unable to make up my mind. I have dealt with several other dealerships, all who told me the s I have been looking for a crossover SUV since August and unable to make up my mind. I have dealt with several other dealerships, all who told me the same thing - "We treat everyone the same no matter who you are" or "I don't care if you buy a car here, it just gets you closer to your dream car". One even told me I could 'Google' him. As a single woman, I have to do a lot of research on my own prior to going on and I try to do as much via online as possible, because salesman DO and CAN take advantage of unsuspecting people. However, both my mom and my boss suggested from the beginning I go to Lompoc Honda. I put it off only to wind up there in the end after dealing with another Honda dealership that wanted nothing to do with me when I refused to throw a lot money their way as a down payment. That's where Ron and Sue stepped in and took control. Just like before Sue got my car financed and I walked out the same day I walked in within a hour. I was a bit skeptical/hesitant when I first brought the car home; but as I checke I was able to get a great deal on a certified Honda CRV from Cyndy. I was a bit skeptical/hesitant when I first brought the car home; but as I checked around, I realized how fortunate I was to have gone to Lompoc Honda. It was nice to come to my hometown and feel good about the purchase. Only issue, they forgot to put any gas in the car. I guess I was so excited to buy it, that I forgot to check. Before you drive into some big city, what you're looking for is probably "right in your own backyard". I would recommend you make a visit to Lompoc Honda. Thank you. More

Exceptional Customer Service I went in with my dad to possibly look for a new car last weekend, 1/3/2015. My car was a 2000 Honda Accord with over 300k miles. Erika Slikker listen I went in with my dad to possibly look for a new car last weekend, 1/3/2015. My car was a 2000 Honda Accord with over 300k miles. Erika Slikker listened to all my initial wants and needs and showed me a few different options. I ended up test driving a 2012 Civic hybrid but ultimately did not get the vehicle. After 5 hours of work I ended up walking away with a car I initially didn't want but after test driving and falling in love I knew it was the car for me. Erika has gone above and beyond even after the sale to see how I'm enjoying the vehicle and even sent me a hand written "thank you" note. It's not common to receive hand written cards these days but it just shows how much Lompoc Honda values their customers. Thank you Erika, Sue, and Roberta for all your efforts! More

Great Sales and Support! I've been looking for a nice used SRX for several months and saw one advertised on the web at Lompoc Honda. Erika Slikker was the salesperson that me I've been looking for a nice used SRX for several months and saw one advertised on the web at Lompoc Honda. Erika Slikker was the salesperson that met me for a test drive and walk around. After the test drive, I wasn't sure about the vehicle and left. Erika called me back to clarify one of the concerns I had with the vehicle and I decided to go back in and test drive it again. Her insights on the performance of the vehicle during the second test drive were helpful and she even brought the used car buyer out to go over the SRX with me. I ended up leaving again without purchasing the SRX but as I left, Erika stressed the great condition, low miles, and fair pricing on the car. I took another day to think it over and decided to buy the vehicle. Erika assembled the paperwork and went out of her way to stay late to finalize my purchase. Erika's friendly personality, persistence, and follow-up on the car made the sale. I was also impressed by the Finance Manager, Roberta Wise. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient in putting together the final paperwork. I walked in and out with a new car in 2-hours. I was frustrated enough that I wrote a letter to the dealership. Justin, the sales manager, called me back and went above and beyond to fix the issue. It really left me with a good impression of their commitment to customer service and I honestly think the problem I had was an isolated incident. I'm very happy with the car, the price I got for it and the way the company came through in the end. If I replace either of my other cars in the next couple of years, I'll start here. More
