I called yesterday about a car I am interested in buying. The salesman said the owner had it and would bring it back today. The salesman said he would check for the car and call me back. Half hour later he called and said the owners wife took it again and thought we already did the walk through. How frustrating, since I have a trade in and all CASH for the rest. No financing needed. Ive never tried so hard to actually give my money to a dealership for a car!! The owner doesn't seem interested in selling the vehicle and it's a little weird he just uses the cars at his leisure. I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere! More

Purchased a new vehicle, did not get an owner's manual, did not receive the registration sticker that goes in the passenger side front window, when they installed the accessories in my car, they disconnect did not receive the registration sticker that goes in the passenger side front window, when they installed the accessories in my car, they disconnected the satellite antenna by accident, I had personalized plates that I wanted transferred over to my new vehicle. They remove my plates, gave them to me and stated that they had filled the paperwork out correctly. They did not. I received new plates in the mail and now I must go to the DMV and fix this mess that they created. It took them three days to install the accessories that I purchased with this vehicle. When I contacted Honda of Santa Barbara and Honda of San Luis Obispo, they told me on the phone that they could have installed them in a single day. Do not waste your time with this dealership their customer service is in the toilet. More

It was a half day affair and the pressure from the dealer put a damper from the whole buying experience, so when my wife and I were in the market for another car, we were apprehensive to put it mildly. Then we walked into rocket town and met Sue. Her no pressure approach and friendly demeanor put us at ease, making the whole experience a joy, the way it should be! Her and Jonah showed genuine concern to our needs and were knowledgeable and professional. They’re a great example of great customer service AFTER the sale as well, having taken care of a couple issues without blinking an eye, and at no extra charge. (Thanks Sue). Last week my wife took her car into this dealership for an oil change. Her engine requires 3.7 quarts of oil as it is the 1.5 liter motor. I checked the oil level in her car yesterday and the level was an an oil change. Her engine requires 3.7 quarts of oil as it is the 1.5 liter motor. I checked the oil level in her car yesterday and the level was an inch and a half above the maximum level line! I then opened the owner's manual for her car just to find the info that the car needs 3.7 quarts of oil and an information saying that overfilling the engine can result in damage etc which is my primary concern. Just to make things better, the receipt even says that they put 5 quarts of oil in it. It was the first and definitely the last time we got our car serviced there. When you go over there for an oil change make sure to check your level afterwards or they will screw up your car. More
