The book has an Amazing ending!! They asked us to come in an wow was it worth it. Again Jayson the young man was warm and professional....we came back from test driving the car and was greeted by ELI one of the managers he was professional and absolutely awesome. He didn't beat around the Bush and he definitely met our needs...I've read some of the reviews about Eli they are spot on...Eli, Jayson and Chris are more than worth 5 stars I think their personalities are outstanding especially when you have people coming to really purchase vehicles no games. My daughter meet us here and they were just as friendly to her first Jayson when she learned the car was hers and Eli...when I said come meet him..she said who is that? my husband said "he's a breath of fresh air...I wish we dealt with him when we first came in a few days before". I couldn't agree more...anyway we are extremely happy and want to thank Eli, Jayson and Chris and Rockaway Nissan for a very Amazing ending to this book..#happyfamily #wewillbeback More

Was asked to wait for another hour to get 'exact' numbers for a lease. After which I kept getting calls asking me about my visit and after hearing my gripe they had the nerve to ask me to come in to 'discuss' with the manager. Waste of time and expect you to jump thru hoops to gauge your desperation. More

They Keep telling you they ill call you back but never do , so I spoken with Kelley Albert and Edward and none of them could care less or called me back , As I am writing this review I am on hold for 10 minutes while the woman who answered the phone ( she seems helpful ) Is trying to get an answer for me from Mac the manager of service ,update still don't have the part Maria who answered the phone promised to call me tomorrow morning .Maria seems to be the only person who cares , They knew last week what I was bringing my car in for . Horrible dealership More

Patient...promises made, promises kept I've learned the hard way that you have to be willing to walk away if it's not a good deal. After presenting my budget, Steven Jones worked very hard I've learned the hard way that you have to be willing to walk away if it's not a good deal. After presenting my budget, Steven Jones worked very hard to find me the vehicle that met the specifications I required, as a result, I'm the proud owner of a 2016 Nissan Altima. He refused to give up, and did whatever it took to get me into a car I would be happy with and that still had warranty remaining. Stay away! Very unprofessional staff. They gave me the car with empty tank and not even reimbursed me for the cost of the gas after I told the salesman. Instead Very unprofessional staff.
