I was torn between two vehicles when it came down to it, one of which was much higher priced than the other. There was no pressure from Mitch when it came to the final decision process. To top it all off, Mitch came in on his day off to finalize the sale and get me out of there with my new vehicle. Overall, this was a very positive buying experience and I would highly recommend Mitch and Anderson Rock River Block to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

Best purchase ever!!!! My husband and I were in Rockford visiting my mother who was in a nursing home. My husband had told me he thought he might venture out to do some fact finding in preparation for beginning truck shopping. I believe he told our salesman that there was no way he was going to be buying a truck so if there were other "live" customers to wait on them...... My husband brought the truck at lunch time for us to test drive and we both fell in love with it! Everything about this sale was smooth and pleasant. From scheduling a time to bring in our trade for them to look over, to picking up the new truck, to service after the sale - Jason Saenz has taken great care of us and even though we live out of town we are thrilled that we purchases our new F-150 4x4 from Rock River Ford! 2013 Kia Soul I first came to Rock River Kia a week after my car was totaled in a hit-and-run, thinking that within the next week or so I would able to buy a new ve I first came to Rock River Kia a week after my car was totaled in a hit-and-run, thinking that within the next week or so I would able to buy a new vehicle. Chris sat down with me and went over my options; I had bad credit, and still owed over $6K on the totaled car (after the insurance pay out) that my entire tax return would have to go to. It turned out that it would take almost another 5 weeks for my old Lienholder and Insurance to work things out to where my old loan was paid off, freeing me to buy a new vehicle. Chris kept in touch with me over the whole process, sending me info about used cars coming in that would fit my budget; and never once did he lose patience with the process that I had no control over. When I was finally able to come in to buy a car, he was able to get me into something much better than I had expected with my Credit; and the process was quick and easy. I will happily recommend all my local friends to this dealership, and to Chris in particular. More
Wonderful Service Department A wonderful, wonderful customer service team with a special mention to Megan and Matthew as well as Service Manager Don, at Anderson’s Rock River Ford A wonderful, wonderful customer service team with a special mention to Megan and Matthew as well as Service Manager Don, at Anderson’s Rock River Ford. Briefly, my wife and I were traveling from Grand Rapids, MI to Minneapolis MN, with our 99 year old grandmother, transferring her to a nursing home in MN. We had to get to MN in a single day to continue Medicare coverage. Our 2013 Ford Fusion broke down in Rockford, IL and we called Ford Roadside assistance. Luckily they sent us to Megan at Anderson’s Rock River Ford, who came and picked us up and transferred us to a Rental Car Company and sent us immediately on our way and we made it to Minneapolis in time. Matthew coordinated the towing of the car to receive it that day and with his service team was able to repair the problem so that we could pick the car up on our way back through the very next day. They kept in touch with us about the problem and their assessment of it. The car was under warranty and some dealers may have found other things wrong with it but Matthew and his team made a single repair and found that it fixed the entire problem. So, they finished up and made it available to us for pickup. It is very nice and refreshing to have such a group of people go out of their way to help strangers without apparent compensation. Warranty B/S Bought 2012 MKZ and during financing Josh said he added extend warranty to my loan. He said it was only 5 dollars a month extra. I drove 50 miles back to Rockford and canceled warranty. Totally taking advantage of. I will never walk though the doors of ROCK RIVER FORD AGAIN!!!!!! More
