He is a special sales gentleman in that he understands his customers, their specific needs and inclinations. Mr. Krowcyzk develops an understanding of his clients that then allows him to give you just the right, and correct assistance that you need, such as in helping you decide on the type of vehicle first, through the options and details, to the exacting explanations of all those features. In addition to his uncanny perception in really getting to "know" people, he also seems to always know when they need a little time to think things over, to decide, to consider new and different ideas, etc. He is such a genuine and caring "people " person.
