Nice experience I had a good experience with the dearler. It was a bit of a long wait, but a small portion of that time was my fault(missing paperwork). It was my first time going to a dealer so yeah... Jonathan Hamlin was my salesman he was good. I would have liked to have said that he was great, but he let me buy a car w/o telling me that it needed a new clutch. I still would have bought the car knowing that, because it was still better than my trade( piece of crap). The car service told me that they did let him know about that, so I'm not sure what happened there. I also didn't test drive it so that was dumb on my part. That's the reason why I gave four stars, because he didn't tell me. The part is being ordered so that should be fixed soon I hope. I had Gregg Decman as my finance guy he was great. He made me feel at ease and he kept my mom and I laughing the whole time. With those minor hiccups I'm still happy with my 2013 Ford Focus. More
