We appreciated the low pressure environment and were not inundated by phone calls. The follow-up "Thank you" cards we received by mail after visiting were a nice touch. We were also impressed with the dealership hours, as we were able to close our deal at 8:30 pm and to be able to get license plates at that time was great.
