They both went above and beyond to make sure we knew about our vehicle and what "extras" were available but they were never pushy and, in fact ended up guiding us toward a more basic package which was what we wanted in the first place! We have never really enjoyed shopping for a car, and we haven't had a brand new vehicle in years, but this experience was stress free and we love our new car.
