Replacement Rims and Tires I could not get traction in the snow with my 2014 Ford Fusion and with the help of the salesman Mitch Elder we realized that the car had been delivere I could not get traction in the snow with my 2014 Ford Fusion and with the help of the salesman Mitch Elder we realized that the car had been delivered with summer tires having a zero snow rating. The car also had black rims and the paint was peeling. Rick Stout got involved and went above and beyond to work with me to come up with an equitable arrangement to replace the tires and rims and to keep me as an Anderson customer.
