The website helped narrow down what would be in his price point ahead of his visit. We narrowed it down to a Fusion or Escape. I met ahead of time with Bernie Krowczyk and Gregg Decman to lay the groundwork so when we came in he could leave with the car. Bernie had vehicles ready to try when we got there and once he selected the Escape, Gregg had the financing ready to go. As a team, they helped us reach our goal.
