Awesome Service I ordered my 2018 Mustang GT Premium right after the order bank opened back in early August 2017. The order bank was supposed to be opened sometime ar I ordered my 2018 Mustang GT Premium right after the order bank opened back in early August 2017. The order bank was supposed to be opened sometime around July 25, but all the dealerships I asked either didn't reply, or replied very unprofessionally. There was even one which told me they can order one, but told me they can't when I arrived after a 120 mile drive. Brad responded to my query promptly and with respect, so after a quick phone call I put down my deposit and started the long wait for Ford to start production on the 2018 Mustangs. In the process of waiting, Brad always replies to my questions with the answer I needed. And when my car finally arrived, he made sure my requests about no wash, no drilling holes are met so my car was exactly what I expected when I go pick it up. This is one of the best experiences I had when purchasing a car, and I can say I've been to quite a few dealership (I also help friends look for cars they want and accompany the to dealerships). Definitely recommend anyone who's looking for a car to check it out. More
