We weren't even really planning on buying a car that day, but Mitch made it easy. We have only owned the car for a couple of weeks..but Mitch has stayed in contact with us and has shown genuine interest in making sure we are happy with the car. We didn't feel any "salesman pressure", and we feel that we have been well taken care of throughout this whole process.
