While exchanging emails with different highly-rated dealerships found on this website, Rock River's staff were one of the few to reply emails with proper grammar; very small point, but I would not have liked to place down a ~$44,000 order with a dealer who can't be bothered to reply emails with proper grammar. Furthermore, I had a fairly good idea of what I wanted on my Mustang and Brad did not waste time convincing me to purchase stuff that I didn't want - another very big plus. Overall, it was a great shopping experience and I would heavily recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new car. More

The day I walked in I was met by Jason Brown. His friendly attitude and help as we ordered the truck was very helpful. He kept me informed while we were waiting for it to arrive. After it came in Greg Decman might have been the the easiest finance person I ever dealt with. He was helpful with finding rebates I qualified for. Then there's Bernie.
