Worst Dealership, Worst Staff & Managers (Have a D- w/BBB) ROCK HONDA is the WORST dealership ever and has the WORST staff/managers ever. They deserve negative stars. Do NOT buy any car from them. They have ROCK HONDA is the WORST dealership ever and has the WORST staff/managers ever. They deserve negative stars. Do NOT buy any car from them. They have a D- with the Better Business Bureau and for good reason. They lied to me about whether or not the vehicle I purchased had any damage or had been in any accidents (I have it in writing). Just a few months after I bought it, I found out it wasn’t the original driver’s side door. I wouldn’t have bought the car knowing this and they flat out lied about it. I also had a multitude of other issues with the dealership. My battery died (not just needing a recharge but needing to be replaced) literally less than five hours after I purchased this vehicle and I spent $24,000 on this vehicle. And the issues just continued from there. I reached out many times to the General Manager, General Sales Manager and the salesman and received NO response from them whatsoever and I started in August and it’s now November. I was just completely ignored. Run far far away from this dealership. They are unethical, they are shady, they are liars! And you will NEVER hear from them again once they have your money. More
