When I arrive they didn’t have the car. Alex R. Acts surprised the car is there and quickly tries to offer me to look at other cars. This is the type of practice that give car salesmen a bad name. There are lots of deals out there - I recommend going to a different one than Rock Honda. More

Best experience! I just filed Chapter 7 BK for the first time ever, and was referred to Rock Honda by my attorney. From the moment I made my first call to the dealersh I just filed Chapter 7 BK for the first time ever, and was referred to Rock Honda by my attorney. From the moment I made my first call to the dealership, I was greeted warmly by Skip Cowan, who held my hand the entire process, and Never mislead or deceive me. He and the staff (Alfonzo) were unbelievably kind, patient, and NEVER pushy. They had the approval amount ready for me, along with a very nice variety of cars to choose from. I drove off with a beautiful Infiniti QX60, fully loaded and was able to spread my down payment up in two parts. I can't thank Skip and his team at Rock Honda enough! Genesis was also sweet and extremely helpful with connecting my bluetooth prior to leaving and even when I returned with questions a day later. BEST experience buying a car ever!!! More
