Rock Honda

Horrible service. Customer service does not exist at Rock Honda. Service times are not true. Rude remarks just all around bad. When i called because my car was to be ready at 1230pm as promised from Amanda. Honda. Service times are not true. Rude remarks just all around bad. When i called because my car was to be ready at 1230pm as promised from Amanda. Well Amanda is not there and no one knew what I was talking about. I have the flu my voice was very scratchy and the receptionist that answered in service was not accommodating at all. I asked to speak to service manager after 10 mins of being on hold I hung up. Very short with me very upsetting. My car was to have alarm installed in the 6th of march it was installed WRONG I could no longer start my car and because of the alarm being installed wrong all of my sensor's started going off first was tire second was passengers door open with it being closed making my car not drivable. We took car saturday at 8am to Rock Honda service department. At 11am Amanda called to let me know that main fuse box blew and we would get fixed and returned to us by Tuesday at 1230pm. I did not receive a call Tuesday at 12 or 1pm from anyone and when i called i was a bother due to my voice and Amanda being out of office. My husband then had to go in to see if car was ready since over the phone no one would answer at service desk. I really thought highly of Rock Honda Ido not now. I am not a bother and I shouldn't feel that way to have my car serviced. Customer service should be important which is not to Rock Honda. More
