This was the worst dealership experience I have had. First I have never left a review before as I understand things happen or people have bad days at times but this was neither. On 06-04-2021, took my 2500HD (16,686 miles) in for a simple oil change and tire balance. I was surprised when I saw my truck drive off the lot after 2 hours, and was informed that they had to test drive it - which would have been nice to know when I was dropping it off. That aside, I pulled up my GMC app to track my vehicle just to find out that the service tech had driven twice in excess of 80 MPH! This is absolutely unacceptable behavior. I brought this is the attention of the service manager and his response was well I am sure that he did but he had to make sure tires were balanced ... This type of culture where unacceptable behavior is rationalized does not strengthen the confidence in customers. To make this worse there is now a wobble in my steering wheel indicating unbalanced tires. I don't understand. I will not recommend this dealer for service to anyone. I do understand that I am only one customer, and will not impact this dealership's bottom line nor is that my intent. I just would like people to demonstrate ownership and accountability and do something to make things right. This morning (06-05-2021) the dealership did call me but just to follow up on how my service appointment was. Not to follow up on my above comments. I explained again to the nice lady to who I spoke about the above incident and my experience. She advised that really based on her position all she could do is apologize, to which I advised her it was not her. A further example of a lack of ownership and accountability by the dealership's management. $130 they got from me - misused/abused my vehicle while in their care as evidenced with the GMC tracking app and no balanced tires as evidenced in my steering wheel wobble which was not there when taken in. My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Rock Hill Buick GMC. The facility was extremely clean, and the staff were taking all the necessary precautions to make us feel comfortable and safe. They have really streamlined the buying process and made it unbelievably quick and easy. They set up great financing with an incredibility low interest rate that matched our local credit union. Furthermore, we were from out of state with a trade-in and the buying experience couldn't have been any smoother. I'd like to thank Julio, Louis, and Judy for providing great service and saving us a lot of time! More
My husband and I recently purchased a used vehicle here and the entire experience exceeded all of our expectations. The customer service was exceptional. We worked with Julio as our salesman and he made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole transaction. There was never any pressure to make a decision and every employee we dealt with was very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. We originally planned to finance the vehicle with a local lender, but Luis helped us secure a very low interest rate and we decided to finance the vehicle through the dealership. This made things so much simpler on our end. We worked with Judy to finalize this and she was wonderful. They also answered all of our questions about the out of state taxes that we were responsible for. They handled everything internally and it was surprisingly easy, given that we are residents of another state. We were also very pleased that all the employees were always wearing masks and the dealership itself was cleaned spotless on both occasions that we were there. It was evident that the dealership was making a big effort to prevent the spread of COVID. Would highly recommend. More

Dishonest experience, was told to come in to look at financing for a vehicle, only to be told that is wasn't available, and tried to show another vehicle to us. We also noticed looking at the price shee financing for a vehicle, only to be told that is wasn't available, and tried to show another vehicle to us.
