I recently purchased a beautiful VW Passat (black) from this dealership. My older nephew accompanied me, as he had already purchased 5 VWs from this dealership, and has loved every single car he has gotten this dealership. The rep that helped my nephew with every purchase and that also assisted me was Jimmy Breitmaier, and he was wonderful to work with. He answered all of my questions and was very professional and courteous. There was no pressure and he met my every expectation, along with the exact car I had in mind, the price range, and monthly payments I could afford. The Passat is a 2017, but it looks and performs like brand new. I originally had an S40 Volvo, and this Passat rides equally as nice, as when my Volvo was brand new, tho it is a much roomier car with even more perks and upgrades, than my 2007 Volvo had when purchased. Everyone I met at VW of Rochester, (NH), the day of my new purchase were very friendly, and I have no doubt they will meet my every need with any follow up services or questions that I may have with my new (used) VW Passat. JImmy Breitmaier has already become a good friend to my nephew, and I'm sure he will treat me with every professional courtesy as he did the day I was recently at the dealership to buy my car. When it came time for our college graduating granddaughter to buy her first car, we bro years to purchase quite a few VW models...both used and new.
