I happened to see a car I was interested online, and stopped in unannounced to see it. Casey came out to meet me and was no-nonsense, no-pressure, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. When it came to the financing piece, I had a couple snafus on my end (including my bank putting a 6-day-hold on a cashier's check!) but she rolled with the punches and was always communicative, open, and flexible. Typically I detest the car buying process due to pushy sales tactics & stress, but in this case it was pretty seamless and (so far) I LOVE my car. Thanks Casey! More
