I have been leasing vehicles for many years through Toyota. At the end of the lease, I decided to finally purchase a new car of which I had put my order in in April. I fully expected to wait 4-6 mont Toyota. At the end of the lease, I decided to finally purchase a new car of which I had put my order in in April. I fully expected to wait 4-6 months as I was told from the beginning with no guarantees of an actual date it would become available. George Czapiewski has been my go-to sales guy every time and this time went above and beyond for me. A car became available that was a little more than I was looking for, but he called me immediately and asked if I would be interested. My husband and I (mostly me) fell in love with it and could not be more happy with our purchase. This is my third vehicle with Rochester Toyota and everyone we have worked with through the years has been wonderful. I reached out to Rochester Toyota regarding a Kia. Zach was great and contacted me via phone right away. Zach kept in touch about the vehicle and explained what they were doing to fix the issue. Ultimately, the CEL came on due to a minor computer error, and the issue was fixed that week. I was able to buy the Kia before the weekend. Zach and Kris wrapped up the deal in a timely manner, and I drove my new car home that day. This was my first experience buying a car, and it went great. 10/10 would recommend Rochester Toyota - be sure to ask for Zach if you're looking for top-notch customer service. More
