I scheduled a service appointment, and was told that a shuttle is unavailable for my desired time. Not a problem. We brought my wife's car the night before to take it home after the service drop off. When I get there the next day, the car was full of "no parking" stickers. This despite having parked in a regular spot next to service area, away from the display row. The stickers wouldn't come off. After waiting a while, the manager Mr. Lincoln made it seem like it was my fault and offered to bring me tools to remove those stickers. Eventually after talking with him and more waiting, he had someone take the car in to the detail shop and did a half-job taking off the stickers. Before purposely damaging the glass on my car, the manager could have ran the license plate and ask if I had a service appointment. I ended up wasting almost 1.5 hours at the dealership, and another 30 min at home cleaning the windows. Some residue still remains. More
