AWFUL!!!!!!!!! Only rated one star because I had to! Worst experience buying a car!!!!!! I was buying a new jeep, the sales person told me they could get a good deal. Then I get there and it sold.... The Worst experience buying a car!!!!!! I was buying a new jeep, the sales person told me they could get a good deal. Then I get there and it sold.... The one they had was a "1000 dollars" more, and the figure they originally quoted was with other discounts that I did not qualify for, for example employee discount, and capital Chrysler discount. I was given a price, and it ended up being around $3500 more. During my terrible experience, the sales person kept leaving and would not come back for long periods of time, was doing numerous deals at a time. I personally believe that quality of service should go above quantity! I actually left. I only came back because I was injured in an accident and it was hard for me to look for a car, and I had very limited time. Also the car rental place was next door. Truly that person did not deserve my business or my money!!!! When I was signing papers, the sales person was on his phone texting and hardly even made eye contact, he acted like he could not wait for the sale to be done! He lacked people skills, and really had no idea what he was doing! He made sure to tell me to rate him all 10s on his survey... Because HE gets 50 dollars!!!! Maybe if you ACTUALLY deserved a good score I would... But it was an absolute terrible experience!!!!!! More

Lots of calls, then finally good service I received a recall notice and called to schedule service. I was told the parts wouldn't be in until the following week, so I made an appt for 2 weeks I received a recall notice and called to schedule service. I was told the parts wouldn't be in until the following week, so I made an appt for 2 weeks out which Steve said should would be fine. I called the day before my appt and Steve asked if someone ordered the part for me, so I reiterated our earlier conversation. He said there were no parts in, but checked and saw one on order for me. Said it would be in next week and that they would call. No call. I contacted them 2 weeks later and the part was in. The actual service was done with no issues, but getting to that point took a lot of effort from me with no help from the dealer. More

They just don't understand customer service I attempted to lease a 2015 Ram from this dealership back in 2015. I spent more than 15 min on the showroom and the sales associates were more concer I attempted to lease a 2015 Ram from this dealership back in 2015. I spent more than 15 min on the showroom and the sales associates were more concerned about chatting with each other than even talking with me. I ended up leasing from a dealer 40 miles away who was more than happy to help me. I was told at the time that I could return the lease to any dealer, as well as told this by Chrysler Capital. I went to turn my lease in today and was turned away and pretty much said because I was not their customer that they could not accept my lease and I would need to drive it 40 miles back to the dealer I got it from. I have never had a dealer turn me away for a lease return and have never heard of such a thing. I don't think they understand that even though I was not their returning customer that I could have been a future customer, now after two bad experiences I will not be returning and I will be telling everyone I know not to go to this dealer that does not understand how important it is to take care of peoples needs in any shape or form. More

ITS A LEASE, UNDER WARRANTY!! Why would I pay to repair a defect on a lease?? Frustrated I wasted my time taking it there. Only reason I care to get it fixed is because the remote start will not work when the check engine light is on. More

Now here it is 20 months later I only put 15000 miles on the car and when I went to turn it for my dream car they now said the car has been in an accident prior to my purchase and the vehicle is worth less than half what I paid them for it. I'm usually pretty good judge of character but I was definitely misled by them into believing that I was getting a premium product and paid a premium price only to find out it was just a hustle to make money. I WILL NEVER TO BE BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! and I would NOT advise any one else to do business with them either!!!!!!!!! More
