My 2008 Jeep was leaking fluid.. Service said the oil filter was loose and that they tightened it and cleaned the area. The charge was $55.00. Great service rep. Came in with two issues only one resolved . Warning light comes on when put into reverse for sensors even when there is nothing beside you. Had to call about 7 times to try and make an appointment and no one ever called me back. Scheduled a day and tone and they didn’t even touch my car the first day and didn’t call to tell me anything the firs and no one ever called me back. Average service. Labor on the bill seemed a bit excessive for the work done. Also, couldn’t make an appointment, but had to drop car off and wait for them to get to it. Not very customer centered.
