John took the time to get to know me and and my life to help me find the car that would best fit me. I took two different days test driving cars at Clements, and the second time I came John remembered exactly who I was. He has done everything he could to make my first experience a fantastic one. I purchased a 2007 Chevy Impala, which he had cleaned and gotten an oil change while we were going through paperwork. A few days after purchasing the car, I came back to get my license plates and John reprogrammed one of my car remotes and replaced the dying battery. He then gave me an extra new battery to use in the future. I have been so pleased with my experience at Clements and would greatly recommend purchasing a new or used car from them.
