I called the dealership to start the process of purchasing a vehicle. I had filled out a credit application on line and was just calling to confirm its delivery. All it took was ten minutes of dealing with this incompetence to dash my hopes of buy a car to having the manager on duty telling me he did not need my sale. I kept my composure thru the call; no swearing or insults and I could not belive the very poor customer service I received. We recently purchased a Subaru Forester from Clements. An unfortunate accident left us without a family vehicle and in a time crunch to find the best vehicle possible for our family. He was very knowledgeable and helpful answering all of our questions. He did not pressure us in any way and he made the buying experience simple and positive. I am generally not crazy about the experience of buying a new vehicle, but Blake and Clements changed the way I feel about this process. We only have a 1000 miles on our Forester and we have already become loyal Subaru fans. As my 15 year old daughter was driving it after we picked it up, we received a thumbs up from a driver at a stoplight next to us. Gotta love that!
