I bought an extended warranty with my used Chevy Equinox, so when the wheel started making noise I took it in. They assured me that I would only have to pay the deductible, and they fixed the wheel. From what I can figure, they forgot to write down the information for the warranty so instead they decided to charge me for the entire cost of the work. After trying to contact them a few times (and getting answering machines), I'm still trying to contest this bill. More
